Handling Final Invoices
Send any final invoices to the Foundation so they can issue payment up to the full grant amount directly to vendors.
If the Foundation’s final payment does not cover the full amount of the final invoice, the library then issues payment from other funds set aside for the project. Our most trusted vendors are accustomed to receiving partial payments in this situation.

Keep copies of all invoices for your records to ensure accurate tracking and future reference.
