Kick-Off Call

About one month before the scheduled site visit, the Foundation will host a kick-off call on Zoom with the architect, library director and any other key stakeholders selected by the director.

Key Stakeholders to Include

Consider inviting key individuals who can work together to provide relevant input in creating functional, flexible, transformational changes to the library, such as board members, community leaders, or staff members who understand day-to-day library operations. You most likely already know who they are.

Why This Matters

The call helps the architect understand the library’s unique needs and the community’s vision, setting the stage for a transformation that is functional, flexible, and impactful.
