The Tocker Foundation is pleased to welcome new board members, Laura Tocker, Rachel Tocker and Mark Smith. Laura and Rachel become the first to represent the next generation of Tocker family members. Mark Smith is a familiar face in the library sector. He joins us after a storied career in California and Texas, most recently as State Librarian and director of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, now retired.
